We did the State Secssion. The Secssion was where the government laws wern't satisfied with south Carolina and many other states so south Carolina wanted to not be apart of the the united states any more and many other states wanted to do that too. This was in the civil war time. The winner was the states who didn't want to be apart of the usa and the government lose.
