Chloes artist statement indigos class 3rd quilt square

my quilt square is about the reconstruction era. ithe reconstruction era has so much stuff going on, so the quilt square is divided into 8 different rectangles, each with a different subject in each of them. The presidecies, amendments being passed and the KKK are most of the things in the boxes.
