Uncle tom's cabin/Zenzi Pretopino/Sara Vanderveer/Tara's office

Uncle Tom's Cabin is a book written by Harriet Beecher Stowe about the cruelty of slavery.  It takes place in the South (Kentucky and Louisiana.) when slavery was still legal. People wrote reviews about the book from different perspectives. The southern slave owners didn't like it, because it was about slavery and they wanted to deny that it was cruel.  the slaves liked it because i could tell people about how bad slavery was.  It was published March 20th 1852 before the war in hard and soft covers.  Stowe must have felt very strongly that slavery was wrong to write a boo about it and stand up to all the slave owners throughout the South and even the North.

this represents uncle tom and the little girl being together and at that time they wernt supose to be together
